The HR Excellence in 69É«Ç鯬 Award reflects Bath’s commitment to:
- supporting researchers throughout their careers
- implementing the
- implementing the Vision for 69É«Ç鯬 Staff working at the University of Bath
The HR Excellence in 69É«Ç鯬 Award is a UK-wide process, incorporating the QAA Code of Practice for 69É«Ç鯬 Degree Programmes and the Concordat to Support the Career Development of 69É«Ç鯬ers (published in 2008). It enables institutions to gain the European Commission’s ‘HR excellence in 69É«ÇéÆ¬â€™ badge, acknowledging alignment with the principles of the European Charter for 69É«Ç鯬ers and Code of Conduct for their Recruitment.
The responsibility for implementation of the strategy lies with the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (69É«Ç鯬) and is managed by the 69É«Ç鯬 Staff Working Group.
69É«Ç鯬er Development Concordat Annual Reports
University of Bath became a signatory of the revised Concordat to Support the Career Development of 69É«Ç鯬ers (published in 2019) in January 2020.
