You will ensure the effective management, control, and support of the University’s various controls systems, including management of support contracts and Controls Supervisors. These controls systems include the Building Management Systems (BMS), various lighting control systems and energy monitoring systems.
The University of Bath has a drive to upgrade the BMS system to ensure we stay a modern campus and this role will be key in managing this project.
In addition, the University is currently the world leader in our chosen lighting control platform, and the continued role-out of this across the campus will be a core deliverable.

This is a full-time role, working 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) but you will be expected to participate in the 24-hour on-call rota for which additional payment is provided.
