The variety of benefits included in the price of all our accommodation, from practical services to well-being support and everything in-between.

What's included?

Wherever you decide you live the following are included in your accommodation package.


Included in your bedroom

As standard the following are included in all our bedrooms.


A bedroom in Green Park House
  • a mattress protector
  • a study space including a desk, chair and set of drawers
  • desk lamp
  • waste paper bin
  • storage for your belongings, including a wardrobe and shelves
  • wall mounted hooks for belongings
  • a pin board to personalise your space

Bedding and linen

Bedding and linen are not supplied in your accommodation, so you'll need to bring your own.

You can also order bedding and linen from the University of Bath . Available for delivery to your University of Bath accommodation ready for your arrival or collection from The Market.

TV licence

Screens in bedrooms and kitchens do not have a TV licence, but will come with a HDMI cable to link a device. We recommend you check your requirements on the if you plan to watch live TV while living in University managed accommodation.

If your accommodation has a communal TV, it will be clearly labelled if it is licensed or not.

Please note, even if you don't have a TV but still watch things such as BBC iPlayer, you will still need to obtain a TV license.


Included in your bathrooms

A shared bathroom in Eastwood Green

Your shared bathroom facilities will include:

  • showers, toilets and washbasins. These are normally set out in cubicles
  • mirrors
  • toilet brush

If you have an en-suite this will include:

  • your own shower, toilet, and washbasin
  • mirror
  • towel rail or hook
  • toilet brush

Your communal kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals:

  • fridge-freezer
  • ceramic electric hob (non induction)
  • oven
  • microwave
  • kettle
  • cupboard storage space
  • recycling facilities

Some kitchens include appliances such as air fryers and washing machines. Please review your for specific information about your accommodation.

You will also have an area to sit down, share meals and socialise with your household.

If you are living in a studio or twodio your kitchenette will include:

  • ceramic hob (non induction), combi-microwave, fridge with ice tray and sink
  • storage for kitchenware and groceries
