RIS Project Management Service

We offer professional project management support to academic staff, giving researchers more time to carry out research and innovation activities.

We are responsible for:

managing research and innovation projects and programmes using project management tools and methodologies.
working with academics to oversee projects
supporting project resources needs, such as recruiting project staff
coordinating project meetings
managing project communications
establishing and servicing project governance structures
administration and finances including budgets and forecasts
